Dr. Dhaliwal graduated from the Prestigious Punjab Agricultural University in India and then went on to pursure his Masters in Surgery & Radiology from the Centre of Advanced Studies at the same campus. This University was a part of the Lands Grants System of the USA (Ohio, Iowa State etc.) and all the education was basedon the American System of Professional Education. After a brief stint as a Federal Worker, he joined the ranks as an Assitant Professor of Surgery & Radiology for almost two years before moving to Canada in the year 2000. He got his Canadian and American Licensure in 2001. He has worked in multiple veterinary emergency facilities all over Ontario as well as with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. He has advanced training in many fields of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery. He also has an Executive Management Degree from the Ivey League Schools - North Western University , Chicago - Kellogg School of Management. His forte are Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging (Digital X-rays, Ultrasonography), Dentistry, Endoscopy, Laparoscopy, Emergency Medicine, Exotic Medicine, Management, Mobile Veterinary Services and many more. He has taken over the reign of SEAH in June of 2014. He is in pursuance of Veterinary Excellence through continuous perseverance of Veterinary Education, Client and Patient Care. He loves to travel, read, and practice spiritual cleansing of self. He loves to spend his spare time with his Wife, Son , relatives and friends.
